AESIO Mutuelle is a mutual insurance company dedicated to personal protection, created in 2020 from the merger of its three founding mutual insurance companies ADREA, APREVA and EOVI-MCD. The challenge

One of the challenges of the merger was for AESIO Mutuelle to rationalise its IS ecosystem and surround itself with the best software publishers, each in its own area of expertise. AESIO Mutuelle's objective was to offer a high degree of autonomy within the local entities with a view to gradual harmonisation and digital acceleration.

The results

The integration of the Vertical Expense software & apps has enabled us to harmonise the expense policy of the 3 entities and simplify the entire expense handling process.
